So this is the part where I tell you a bit about myself, right? The part where I try to put a whole bunch of years, moments, and memories into a few lines.

When I was younger I was photographing anything that stood still long enough… animals, flowers on guitars, interesting people, sunsets & an unhealthy amount of selfies. Fast forward to now and honestly nothing’s changed, I’ve just upgraded the camera. But the origin story really started when my niece was born. One baby shoot turned into another, then another & suddenly we were doing babies, families, all the in-between moments… and then boom, our first wedding. And yeah, we’ve been running with it ever since.

Owned by huskies, Tomb Raider, wanderlust, white wine on ice, certified Ravenclaw, hippie vans, antique finds, true crime shows, anime, Joburg, music that scares my mom.

I’m a Jewish coloured guy, proudly South African, full of flavour and stories to tell. But let me tell you why I love doing what I do.

Back in the day, Candice was my influence. I’m not saying this because she’s my wife and all (okay maybe a little), but she had this little camera she would take a bunch of snaps on, documenting everything around her without thinking too much of it. One day we were lying in her empty pool and she said, “We should take more photos.” No big moment, just a random comment that stuck. A tiny spark that slowly turned into something we couldn’t ignore. What started as curiosity became a passion, then a dream & eventually a goal that led us right here.
